From how many players can we book ?
Our puzzles are designed for teams of 2 to 7 people.
If you are a larger group, you can book several rooms and play up to 36 participants at the same time.
For any special event (company seminar, birthday, bachelor party, etc.), do not hesitate to contact us by phone or using our reservation request form.
Are puzzles available in other languages ?
Yes, we offer our puzzles in english.
Can our puzzles be played with 2 people ?
Our puzzles are initially planned for at least 3 players.
Nevertheless, if the Escape Game no longer has any secrets for you, it is possible to book for the minimum of places, i.e. 3 people and to come only 2.
From what age can we do an Escape Game ?
From 12 years old it is possible to participate in one of our adventures, accompanied by an adult.
From 15 years old you can come without a guide.
How much time do i need to plan ?
You should plan about 1h30 on site:
- Arrive 15 minutes before the indicated time
- 1 hour to solve the puzzle
- 15 minutes to collect your belongings and take the souvenir photo
Are the rooms accessible to everyone?
Our reception area and games rooms are accessible to all (people with reduced mobility)
Is it possible to modify a reservation ?
It is possible to modify your reservation up to 5 days in advance.
We can modify the date of your reservation, add additional players (who can pay on site directly, within the limit of available places).
Absent players or groups not showing up will not be eligible for refund.
